For three weekends in January the Niagara region is transformed into a wintry wonderland, in celebration of one of Canada’s most cherished products, Ontario Icewine. The Niagara Icewine Festival offers plenty for every taste – glamour and indulgence at the Niagara Icewine Gala, unique wine and food pairings at over 40 wineries, and vibrant outdoor street festivals.

Grab your gown or your tux and plan to dance the night away at the Cool As Ice, formerly the Niagara Icewine Gala, an all-inclusive evening of elegance, fine wine, and celebration. Begin the festivities with tastings of icewine, Niagara’s liquid gold, along with other ultra-premium VQA wines and some of the most tantalizing local cuisine the region has to offer. Once you’ve had your fill, take to the dancefloor to enjoy live music and a night of glitz and glam! In addition to unparalleled views of Niagara Falls, Cool As Ice will also feature live arts performances and stunning photo backdrops set to a music soundtrack sure to inspire time on the event’s dance floor.
