Events Description
We welcome you to a beautiful day floating on our beautiful canal and join our lazy floating caravan!
Spend a leisurely afternoon and evening with us picnicking along the canal banks, enjoying great food, amazing live entertainment all day and evening long, an artisan market for unique shopping, delicious food vendors, bouncy castles and other fun for the kids, and so much more!
Industrial Sized Inflation Station available onsite.
Canadian Tire Welland has an amazing assortment of inflatables of all kinds available for purchase leading up to the event.
No canoes, kayaks or man-made floatation devices will be allowed into the designated park area or area of the canal for this festival.
Who is it for?
All ages
Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent and MUST wear a life jacket. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
Anyone ages 16 – 18 MUST have the waiver signed by a parent and leave the parent’s phone number with the lead of registration.

Bring a non-perishable food or hygiene item to donate to Community Food Drives for our local food banks.

Registration starts at 10 a.m. Floating begins at noon and everyone starts to exit the water at 7:00 p.m.

Lincoln Street Docks / Rotary Club of Welland Park, 129 Lincoln Street, Welland
(formerly known as Scuba Park)
The floating caravan will go from Lincoln Street Docks to the Lincoln Street Bridge. There are 4 exit points before you reach the final floating exit area. You will see the exit signs on both sides of the canal. We stress, for your own safety, only exit at the designated areas.
Parking – All attendees will be asked to park at Welland Market Square. A free shuttle will run between Market Square and the event site from 9:00 AM to 10:45 PM.
