Events Description
Join us at Cumberland Heritage Village Museum for fun, games and music inspired by the history of rural fairs and community gatherings! Explore a 1920s and 30s heritage village. Test your skills with an old-fashioned midway game. Catch an ice cream making demonstration (and try a sample, while supplies last). Don’t forget your dancing shoes! Enjoy folktales with our guest storyteller and tap your feet along to authentic vintage records that will evoke the dances and radio playlists of the era. See farm animals and learn about the long tradition of livestock judging competitions. Watch artisans highlight their traditional trades. Bonus! Check out the Ottawa Valley Live Steamers and Model Engineers and participate in a hands-on demonstration of their large-scale model locomotives.
