Join us for a free community screening of Afrosphere Season 2, the Bell Fibe TV1 documentary series exploring the rise of Afrobeat culture in Canada, alongside Entre Deux Mondes, a new documentary by Woke Studios Collective.
Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an evening celebrating music, storytelling, and community. Light snacks and refreshments will be available, and guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Following the screenings, stay for a conversation with the filmmakers and featured artists about the making of both projects.
Whether you’re a documentary lover, music fan, or simply looking for a unique summer evening in Ottawa, everyone is welcome.
