Join us for a special documentary screening of “Eating Our Way to Extinction”. This thought-provoking film explores the impact of our dietary choices on the planet. It’s an engaging start for anyone curious about a plant-based lifestyle and has over 10 million views worldwide. We will screen the film in English with French subtitles.
The screening event is part of VegOttawa’s Veganuary 2026 event series. Anyone who attends three or more Veganuary events is eligible to be entered into a draw for a free VegOttawa membership for one year – simply contact info@vegottawa.org to let us know which events you attended in January, by January 31.

The screening will take place at uOttawa in Room STM-464, which is on the 4th floor of the STEM Complex (150 Louis-Pasteur Private). The room is accessible by stairs or elevator.
Doors open at 6:00pm, the film will start at 6:30pm. It will be followed by a Q&A with VegOttawa’s Board of Directors, which will begin at 8:00pm.
