Pop in, warm up, and enjoy fun, indoor family activities every Winterlude weekend.
February 3–4, 1:00–3:00 p.m.: Join Inuk artist Karen Fleming for a hands-on workshop and create your own sealskin brooch.
This workshop is recommended for ages 10+.
This workshop is offered in English.Space is limited and registration is required.
February 10–11: Learn how Viola Desmond, a black businesswoman and civil rights icon, came to be on our $10 bill. Then design your own bank note.
February 17–19: Enjoy indoor family fun with us this weekend with hands-on crafts and activities. Build a paper piggy bank, go on a scavenger hunt or use nearly all your senses to explore unexpected currencies from Canada and around the world.
