Events Description

To celebrate the bicentennial of Canada’s first prime minister, Sir John A. Macdonald, the Scottish Society of Ottawa launched the first Kilt Skate event on January 31, 2015.

This event is open to everyone. It’s a chance to nurture your inner Scot. You don’t have to be Scottish. You don’t even have to wear a kilt. Just come to the party with a spirit of Scottish fun and fortitude, and wear Canada’s favourite colour – tartan!

After-skate party: Join us at Milestones if you’re not attending the 67s game.

Admission to the Kilt Skate is free, and there is free birthday cake and hot chocolate.
