Meet the Makers: Asia in 90 Minutes is a 90-minute cultural food tasting inspired by Korea, Japan, China and Thailand.

Meet the Makers & Shop Local is a private immersive food tasting journey for your group, up to 20 people per session: 4 artisan makers, 4 countries, 16 handcrafted bites, and craft beverage pairings at every station.

The experience Move through four tasting stations, each hosted by a local artisan maker:

At each station, your group meets the maker, learns the story behind the dish, and tastes 4 handcrafted bites paired with a craft beverage. After the tasting, explore the local artisan market on-site.
