Free Ukrainian cultural festival at Riverside Park, Carleton Place – Ukrainian food, live music and dance, craft market, children’s zone, art workshops, and the North American Premiere of the Rushnyk of Unity: a 160.5-metre embroidered cloth stitched by 120+ people across 13 European countries, certified as a European Record in Tallinn in May 2026, shown outside Europe for the first time. Volunteer-run since 2023; a share of proceeds supports children affected by the war in Ukraine.
