Jonathan and Nina are ready to take on the big challenge! These two dancers are pros, and they don’t mess around. But a third contestant comes hurtling onto the stage and starts complicating things a bit. Actually, a lot. When we try to be the PERFECT family, are we allowed to fumble? This pop-philosophy show blends dance and theatre to wreak havoc with our perfectionist ideals, sparking dishwasher confessions and thoughts about togetherness.
A peculiar master of ceremonies has taken over the apartment and is laying down her own rules, meow! We must be picture-perfect and never make mistakes, meow! Mutual aid, honesty, crisply folded laundry: we want a model family, meow! But, uh, what’s a “model” family? For things to run smoothly, who needs to do what? The poor participants don’t yet know what crazy game they’ve gotten themselves into…
With Le Potager, we danced with Érika Tremblay-Roy and her band hard enough to wake the earthworms. And what more is there to say about the neon sparks that flew between Tremblay-Roy and choreographer Christophe Garcia in Le problème avec le rose? The creative duo hits the bullseye again with their latest hair-raising show, bringing even more chaos—and even more life—to the stage.
