Montreal-based Derek Seguin is one of the most sought after stand up comedians on the international circuit. He has performed at the prestigious invitation-only Just For Laughs festival an impressive 10 times as well as appearing numerous times at every other major festival in the country, making several television appearances along the way.

The New Year’s Eve Dinner & Show Package features a diverse menu with a choice of antipasto, including Roasted Beet Carpaccio, Honey Roasted Pear & Cauliflower Soup, Venison & Barley Arancino, and Salmon Rillettes. For the main course, options include Mushroom Ragu & Cavatelli, Duck Carbonara, Beef Tagliata, Wild Boar Chop Milanese, and Halibut Saltimbocca & Octopus Mosaic. Dessert choices are Chocolate Torrone, Baileys Cheesecake, and Coconut Panna Cotta. Each dish is crafted with unique flavors and ingredients, offering a luxurious dining experience.
