Events Description
Cask Days celebrates its 20th edition this October at 282 Campbell Ave., future home of Bottega Volo’s second Toronto location.
Twenty years after the first Cask Days was held on the patio of Bar Volo, Toronto’s annual cask-conditioned beer festival returns October 16-18, 2026 with100+ casks from breweries across Canada. The festival is a celebration of cask-conditioned beer, naturally carbonated, unfiltered and served straight from the cask. Once tapped, it has only a few days to be enjoyed in its prime. We call them Cask Days. The 2026 festival brings together 75+ breweries from Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Alberta and British Columbia, with casks travelling to Toronto from across the country.
This year’s festival was made possible in part with the support of Volo, Keep6 Imports, Mellon Brasserie, Slow Hand Beer Company, Blindman Brewing and Stillwell, who assisted with the regional consolidation of casks for their journey to Toronto. Each beer featured at Cask Days will be available as a single cask, making every pour a limited offering throughout the weekend. The complete 2026 cask list will
be announced closer to the festival.
Alongside cask-conditioned beer, the festival will feature natural wine from Keep6 Imports, cask cider, food, non-alcoholic options and music throughout the weekend. Tickets for Cask Days 2026 are on sale now exclusively online at caskdays.com
