Afrofest ignites the spirit of African culture in the heart of Toronto, one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world. Afrofest seeks to share the rich and diverse expressions of African music and culture in an inclusive, vibrant and positive community festival setting. Through Afrofest, a diverse audience celebrates the abundant energy of African music in an effort to cultivate community spirit and enhance the understanding and appreciation of the diverse people of Africa.

- For the fifth consecutive year, presenting a 3-day festival at Woodbine Park in Toronto, attracting audiences from across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
- Largest African festival in North America, welcoming an estimated 140,000+ attendees over the festival weekend
- More than 55 live performances featuring a dynamic mix of emerging and established artists.
- Multidisciplinary programming including music, dance, visual arts, cultural storytelling, children’s programming, and community engagement activities.
- African marketplace and food vendors showcasing African entrepreneurship, cuisine, crafts, and fashion.
