CFA Society Toronto, Canada’s leading society for Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholders, is proud to announce its 3rd Annual Future Leaders Forum on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, themed From Insight to Impact: Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today.
This forum serves as a platform for emerging talents to meet industry veterans, creating an environment ripe for enhancing management skills and leadership development. The Future Leaders Forum offers unique networking opportunities, insightful discussions, and inspiring keynote sessions that will have a lasting impact on attendees.

About Keynote Speaker
Damon is CEO of RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM), CEO of RBC Global Asset Management Inc., and President of RBC GAM’s institutional client business globally. Damon joined Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management Ltd. in 2005 as an institutional portfolio manager in the fixed income group. Shortly after the acquisition of PH&N by RBC in 2008, Damon was appointed Head of RBC GAM’s institutional business globally and President of Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management. Prior to joining PH&N, Damon worked at a large multinational insurance, risk management and human capital consulting firm where he had been both global and Canadian leader of their investment consulting practice. Damon is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He became a CFA charter holder in 1999.
