Take a chairlift ride up the escarpment and admire the changing colours from above the treetops at Kelso Conservation Area on Saturdays, Sundays and Thanksgiving Monday.
Tickets are valid for two trips on the chairlift in any combination of up or down. Want to ride up, take a couple of photos and then ride back down? You can do that! Want to ride the chairlift up, hike or bike down and then do it again? You can do that! Want to hike or bike up, ride the chairlift down and then do it again? You can do that too! (And yes, mountain bikers, that means you can bring your bikes!)
During your visit, you can participate in fall-themed activities and follow our curated trail map to access the best fall photo opportunities in the GTA. Purchase tokens from West Lodge for selected activities or participate in our free activities!
Who is it for?
- Each rider must be able to sit on their own (holding infants or children sitting on laps is not allowed)
- No pets or bikes are allowed on the chairlifts
- Riders must be at least 42″ or 107 cm in height to ride the chair
- Children 10 and under who meet height requirements must be accompanied by an adult

Tickets: Chairlift Ride Fees:
$8.00 in advance and $10.00 on site fee +HST
Plus Park Admission
Adults: $10.50
Seniors: $8.25
Children (5-14): $7.25
Children (under 5): Free
How to get tickets?
Visitors will be able to add a chairlift ride to their online reservation. Chairlift rides can also be added to existing reservations at kelsopark.ca.
One ticket is required for each guest and guests may purchase multiple tickets.

The last ride up is loaded at 4:30 pm, please plan accordingly
