Cobourg Sandcastle Festival

Dig up your shovels and pails and get down and dirty in Cobourg this summer for the Annual Sandcastle Festival! Families, businesses, adults and youth may enter to create their own sculptures or castles and win cash prizes!

Come see the Master Sculptors at work. Take pictures, enjoy the music from Wee b Chillun DJ services, visit the Farmers’ Market in the morning and play-all-day in the inflatable park. Don’t forget your sunglasses, hat and sunscreen.

The fun doesn’t end when the sun goes down. Bring your snacks, beach chairs, blankets and bug spray and enjoy watching The Sandlot on the inflatable big screen in Victoria Park right by the Bandshell.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE $5/per person, 10 person maximum 3.5 hours
ADULT CHALLENGE $5/per person, unlimited number of team members 3.5 hours
FAMILY CHALLENGE $5/per adult, $5/per child. No more than 2 adults, unlimited children, 3.5 hours
YOUTH CHALLENGE (14 and under) $5/per child, unlimited number of team members, 3 hours

Free shuttles will be running on August 12 from 9am to 6pm from the Northumberland Mall and Cobourg Community Centre to Cobourg Beach. There is free parking at both parking locations
