Elmira Maple Syrup Festival

Visit the 60th volunteer-run Elmira Maple Syrup Festival for local food, fun, and maple syrup on Saturday.

2001 – Guinness World Book of Records – World’s Largest One Day Consumption of Maple Syrup.

Enjoy family fun activities, go on trips between St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market to Elmira on Festival Day, browse handmade crafts and other unique goods; taste apple fritters, baked goods, maple syrup other delectables! Venture out to a local sugar bush by bus to experience all of the maple syrup preparations and more at the Guinness World Book of Records recognised World’s Largest One Day Maple Syrup festival.
