The Etobicoke Lakeshore Parade is a must-see for anyone living in South Etobicoke! Join us for a parade that is completely volunteer-run and funded by the community.

The parade is estimated to be approximately 1 hour in duration.
Venue & Address :
The parade travels westbound along Lakeshore Av W from Dwight Av to Thirty Fifth St, for a total of 3.4km.
Road closures will be in place for part of the day.
- Starting at 7am until 11am, to allow for staging:
- Birmingham Street, between Sixth St and Dwight Avenue both directions
Second Street between Maple Boulevard and Birmingham Street, both directions
Dwight Avenue, southbound between Birmingham Street and Lakeshore Boulevard West – Traffic will be allowed to flow north on Dwight Avenue from lakeshore to Birmingham, to allow access to Albani Street and Maple Boulevard and egress from Heman Street
- Birmingham Street, between Sixth St and Dwight Avenue both directions
- Lake Shore Boulevard W closed in both directions between 9am and 12:30pm – South of Lakeshore from First St to Thirteenth St
- Residents may enter and exit the neighbourhood south of Lakeshore from First Street to Thirteenth Street via FIRST STREET then EAST on Lakeshore Bv to Royal York Av.
- Colonel Sam Smith Park: Lake Shore Blvd W closed in both directions between 9am and 12:30pm
- NO EXIT from the park will be possible once the parade is underway.
- Twenty Third St to Thirty Sixth St: Lake Shore Blvd W closed in both directions between 9am and 12:30pm
- Those wishing to access the neighbourhood south of Lakeshore between Twenty Third Street and Thirty Sixth Street may do so using Thirty Seventh St and Lake Promenade.
- Minto Development – North of Lakeshore Blvd W: Lake Shore Blvd W closed in both directions between 9am and 12:30pm
- Access and egress will only be possible via Long Branch Av.
The parking exit to the west of Long Branch Av will be closed.
The driveway to the plaza to the east of Long Branch Av will be closed.
There will be NO access or egress to the Driveway exiting to the west of Long Branch Av.
There will be NO access or egress to the commercial parking lot to the east of Long Branch Av.
- Access and egress will only be possible via Long Branch Av.
