Facilitation Lab Toronto is where facilitators—new and experienced—come to stretch their skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. This isn’t a lecture or a panel. It’s a live, collaborative sandbox where you work through actual challenges using facilitation, coaching, and group dynamics.
Each session uses Practice Playground, an energetic format where participants take turns facilitating and role-playing through scenarios drawn directly from their own work. You bring what’s real. The group helps you explore it, pressure-test it, and refine it.
