FAN EXPO Canada is the largest comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, and gaming event in Canada and the third-largest Pop Culture event in North America. The show has grown from a small comic book convention attracting 1,500 fans into a multi-faceted and multiple day citywide event that attracts hundreds of thousands of people from around the world.

Every year, FAN EXPO Canada offers exciting family-friendly attractions, events, and world-renowned Celebrities! This year’s guests include Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Alan Ritchson, Erin Moriarty, Denise Richards, Cara Buono, and many, many more.

• CELEBRITY Q&AS: All of your fave fandom stars are making their way to FAN EXPO Canada. Meet them up close and personal at their Q&A sessions where they’ll answer fan questions and dive into behind the scenes stories.
• AUTOGRAPHS: Have a special memento you want signed? Celebrity guests from movie stars, to voice actors, to comic creators will be at the show all weekend signing autographs, so you can have a keepsake that will last a lifetime.
• PHOTO OPS: Say cheese! If you’re going to meet your fave celebrity at the show, you’ll want to capture the moment with a photo op. Dress up, strike a pose, and clear up some space on your wall at home for a new core memory.
• FAN FAVE COSPLAYS: Get ready to show off your cosplay. With events like the Cosplay Red Carpet and Cosplay Competitions, you can flaunt your look, have photos taken, and compete for cosplay glory. If you’re not cosplaying at the show, come take a look at what fellow fans have created and snap some awesome pics.
• COMICS: Heroes, villains, and monsters are flying off the page and coming to FAN EXPO Canada to meet you. Creators behind your fave comics are ready to dive deep into lore at Q&A panels, battle it out at our Sketch Duels, and more.
• ANIME: Welcome to your anime arena. At FAN EXPO Canada, you can meet voice actors, attend anime panels, join in on anime cosplay meetups, shop for unique anime memorabilia, attend anime themed parties, and more.
• Sci Fi & Fantasy: Across galaxies, timelines, and everything in between, sci-fi excellence is making its way to FAN EXPO Canada. From the biggest sci-fi stars to amazing panels, workshops, family events, and more, we have everything for Jedi, Doctors, and Officers.
• HORROR: Everyday is Halloween at FAN EXPO CANADA. With horrifyingly wonderful guests, horror fan meetups, and monsterous cosplay, you’ll be screaming your face off with joy.
• ANIMATION: We’re bringing you to life with all things animation at FAN EXPO Canada. Meet the voices behind your fave characters and join in amazing events and experiences that’ll have you stop motioning in your tracks.
• GAMING: Ready to level up? We’re bringing the voices behind your fave video game characters to the show for Q&As and meet and greets. Plus, you can play all day at our Gaming Arena with video game tournaments, free play, and tabletop games.
• PANELS, DEMOS, AND WORKSHOPS: From costuming to acting, our lineup of pros are on hand to show you how to take your skills to the next level. Attend a panel, check out a demo, or meet them one-on-one.
• ARTIST ALLEY AND COMMISSIONS: Looking for some original artwork? Head on down to Artist Alley to pick up some stunning art to show off your fandom. Plus, you can commission your fave artists at the show to create a custom, one-of-a-kind piece just for you.
• COMMUNITY GROUPS: Community Groups are taking over the show floor. Meet fellow fans, celebrate over your shared fandom, and discover all the amazing community groups at this year’s event.

FACE OFF LIKE HOLLANOV: HEATED RIVALRY TRIVIA – Sunday, August 30 from 3:15-5PM | Room 715B – Workshop Room
Between post-game hookups, Russian monologues, and late-night confessions, it’s no wonder we’re still at the cottage. With trivia, prizes, and meet cutes with fellow reheaters, this event will have you swooning like Ilya when Shane wears his glasses. Prizes include Official Heated Rivalry merchandise, the Official Heated Rivalry Soundtrack on vinyl provided by Sunrise Records, hockey cookies and other treats provided by The Grand Order of Divine Sweets, and more.
