What is Qi-gong?

Qigong is a simple and effective practice that anyone can learn and benefit from, regardless of age or fitness level. Qigong has been shown to improve circulation, boost the immune system, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance mental clarity and focus. “Qi” is the life force that is around us in nature and inside each living biology. “Gong’ means work/movement or benefit acquired through perseverance and practice. Qi gong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has a history of over 5000 years. Some called it the “Yoga of the Dao” or the Physiotherapy of Chinese Medicine in the West.

Some benefits of Qigong include: improves posture, promotes circulation, increases flexibility, boosts energy & immunity, alleviates stress & anxiety, lessens tension and pain, improves overall physical and emotional balance.
