A rare case where critics and audiences are almost perfectly aligned.

Holes (2003) PG — 117 min —

What they’re really digging for — and why — unravels into a deeply satisfying story about friendship, family curses, and justice. One of the best kids films ever made and wildly under appreciated. A genuine classic.
