Events Description
Did you know that bees pollinate approximately 1/3 of the food we eat? Did you know that a honey bee produces roughly one teaspoon of honey in its lifetime — and is the only insect that makes food for human consumption?
Join us at Kortright’s Honey Harvest Festival to learn about and celebrate the life of these incredible insects! Enjoy music and entertainment, tour the bee space, meet a beekeeper, taste honey, make crafts, play bee games, build bee habitat and much more!
