Events Description
Toronto is getting an immersive taste of Japan through a curated cultural marketplace, inspired by Japan’s iconic cherry blossoms!
For a limited time, Next Stop Japan, organized by JETRO and Japan Foundation, is transforming Queen West into a vibrant hub of Japanese food, beverage, lifestyle, artisanal crafts, homeware, anime, and more.
Visitors can sample specialty confectionery, enjoy authentic Japanese green tea, shop covetable goods, and discover brands rarely found outside Japan.
Beyond the marketplace, the experience comes to life through live tea tastings; Kimono, Japanese knife sharpening, and Japanese sweets-making (Wagashi) demonstrations; and hands-on workshops that offer exclusive, interactive moments you won’t want to miss.
