Encounter an elevated arts experience this fall featuring two compelling dance works in one exhilarating programme:
CON by KINAJ and Unrequited by Atri Nundy, plus guest appearances by dancers from Sync&Flow and Sampradaya Dance Academy.CON – Vietnamese for “child” – is a cross-genre Hip Hop and Contemporary work moving through báo hiếu, the generational debt of gratitude. Unrequited, a Bharatanatyam solo inspired by the Mahabharata, explores Panchali’s emotional connection with Karna and the inner world of a woman facing unrealized love.
Presented by the City of Toronto in partnership with TOES FOR DANCE. Additional funding support provided by the Toronto Arts Council, Canada Council for the Arts, Department of Canadian Heritage (Canada Arts Presentation Fund), Lakeshore Arts and the Lindy Green Family Foundation. Tickets : Free – $45
Ticket options range from $10-45, plus HST. We invite audience members to choose the price level that aligns with their circumstance using the guidelines provided.
