I pay 100 dollars to take my gf and her son, We were so disappointed, way to crowded.. nothing going on, the ice skating event was so unorganized, we went for the 630 show which never even happen you could barely see because there were hardly any seats. When we finally got in right at 630 we waiting for awhile and nothing. No 630 show even happen. We decided to test our luck outside waiting in line for a hot chocolate for 30 mins with 2 people serving not know what they were doing. Took 15 mins to serve one person. So upsetting lot to mention your in the cold. Will never waste my money again here. They should refund everyone for false advertising.

We arrived today to experience the Christmas program with two very young children who were excited to participate in a lot of fun activities but were sadly disappointed. The energy level of the staff and their knowledge of what was going on was lacking. The activities were poorly organized and some were cancelled. It was expensive to get in and then we were expected to pay to participate in the activities. Overall, a big big disappointment. I would not recommend this to anyone.
