Karma Food Coop in collaboration with Anarres Natural Health presents…
In this hands-on introductory workshop, you’ll make yourself a minty, refreshing or warming foot cream, OR a light, fast-absorbing hand lotion OR a rich, moisturizing body cream! Pamper yourself and your loved ones with the goodness of nature as your lotion or cream hydrates and soothes, leaving your skin ~ on your hands, on your knees on your elbows ~ feeling ready for gardening and springtime!

I teach DIY Bodftcare Workshops at Karma Food Coop the second Saturday of each month, noon to 2pm, in the Members’ Room. Registration is open to the public.
