Events Description
Give your child a uniquely creative and thought-provoking March Break at The Power Plant!
Designed for ages 7–12, this hands-on camp invites young participants to step inside the world of a contemporary art gallery—with rare behind-the-scenes access, daily artmaking, and fun outings.
Campers will explore current exhibitions, experiment with new ways of responding to art, and discover that their own ideas are just as powerful as the works in our spaces. Throughout the week, they’ll meet the people who bring the gallery to life—such as curators, installation teams and educators—opening their eyes to the many creative paths in the art field. Each day will feature creative projects and activities inspired by their discoveries.
This year’s camp offers an exciting sneak peek into the playful, imaginative world of our upcoming Spring exhibition, opening in April. Campers will explore concepts inspired by internationally acclaimed artists Rivane Neuenschwander, Harold Offeh, and Robin Rhode, bringing big ideas to life through art projects and collaborative activities.
