Events Description
It is said that disturbed spirits with an unjust action foisted against them can’t achieve their eternal rest until the truth has been told.
16-year-old Elfreda Pike’s body was discovered on January 6th 1870 on Featherbed Road behind a blood-soaked boulder, her clothes torn from the waist down and disfigured.
Horror spreads through the communities of Mosquito Cove and nearby Harbour Grace; with an invasive, police investigation probing into the lives of the townsfolk.
Was it Thomas Pike
, Elfreda’s beau? Elfreda’s brother-in-law Ray Thomey who shortly before his marriage to Elfreda’s sister Harriet was caught kissing Elfreda in the stable loft? Or a mysterious man in a long black coat seen walking Featherbed Road with Elfreda shortly before she was killed? It will take 50 years before the true murderer is discovered.
A drop-dead mystery you won’t want to miss.
