New voices shine in this bold mixed programme as Jera Wolfe, a Métis Canadian choreographer, joins Helen Pickett to present works created for The National Ballet of Canada. Wolfe unveils a major world premiere after the success of his piece Soul in 2020, while Pickett brings back her riveting Emma Bovary following its debut in 2023 with additional scenes. Together, these pieces offer fresh and powerful storytelling, sharing the unique artistry and perspectives of two compelling creators of today.
