Events Description
On Wednesday, September 30, Acclaimed Radici Project welcomes MICHELIN Guide-recognized Odd Duck Wine & Provisions for an innovative collaborative dinner bringing together two distinct approaches to seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking.
Chef and Co-Founder Emiliano Del Frate of Radici Project and Culinary Director and Co-Founder Jon Rennie of Odd Duck will create a menu exclusively for the evening, drawing on the seasonality, ingredients, and creative philosophies of both restaurants.
Odd Duck’s wine-first approach will play a central role in the collaboration, with dishes developed in response to Radici Project’s curated wine selections and shaped by each wine’s structure, texture, and flavour.
The evening will begin with two welcome beverages created specifically for the collaboration: a non-alcoholic drink by Radici Project’s Julian Manley and an alcoholic welcome cocktail by Odd Duck Bar Manager Emma Osmond featuring Valley of Mother of God Gin.
Capacity: 30 guests
Due to the highly curated nature of this collaboration, dietary restrictions and menu modifications cannot be accommodated. Reservations are limited.
