Opening Weekend at the Toronto Outdoor Picture Show!

From June 26 through August 23, 2026, Toronto Outdoor Picture Show is proud to present our 16th summer season of free open-air cinema programming at parks across Toronto.

This summer, TOPS invites you on a summer-long odyssey with a programme titled Going Places. From road movies to train journeys, hitchhiking to bus riding, traveling through time or across oceans, TOPS’ Going Places programme invites audiences to reflect on the journeys that shape us and the adventures found outside of our everyday surroundings.

The festival season will launch at Christie Pits Park with a three-night Opening Weekend, June 26-28, 2026. The cinematic journey will continue in July and August at Christie Pits, Corktown Common, and Bell Manor Park.

& short films by Canadian filmmakers

🎟 TOPS events are FREE/PWYC, not a ticketed event. Donations are encouraged.
✨ BYO-Blanket & Chairs: Get there early to set up your blanket in a great spot. The hill fills up quickly!
