Step into the spirit of Día de los Muertos at ROM After Dark: Day of the Dead. And for the first time ever, we’re bringing the party to a Saturday night!
Get swept up in live performances, jaw-dropping DJs, and beautiful art installations that light up the night. From beats that keep you moving to cultural moments that ground you in tradition, it is guaranteed to be an unforgettable celebration where the past and present collide.
As always, tickets include a complimentary drink and access to the entire Museum, including Sharks and Crawford Lake: Layer in Time.
Activities:
- Macario Film Screening: Discover a classic of Mexican cinema with Roberto Gavaldón’s Macario (1960), a haunting tale brought to life with the extraordinary cinematography of Gabriel Figueroa.
- Community Ofrenda: In partnership with the Día de Los Muertos Collective, take part in a museum-wide altar honouring loved ones and celebrating tradition.
- Skeleton Selfie Stations: Strike a pose among Day of the Dead skeletons for the ultimate RAD photo moment.
