Events Description
Afro-Carib Fest is an award-winning FREE 2-day outdoor festival that celebrates diversity by showcasing the arts, culture and heritage of the Afro-Caribbean diaspora to over 30,000 attendees. Audiences will be engaged through 30 live performances from 80+ local artists, over 80 vendors, a cultural parade, a kid’s zone, dance competitions with cash prizes, drum circles, raffle draws with prizes, and much more.
Afro-Carib Fest invites people of all backgrounds to share in cultural presentations, artistic performances, learning, and networking opportunities. The event will take place on August 24th and August 25th, 2023, from 12 pm to 9 pm at Thomson Memorial Park, Scarborough.
