Curated wine tasting at Desoto’s featuring authentic regional Italian dishes in our cozy St. Clair West space. Experience “Nebbiolo & the Fog of War”—a guided journey through Piemonte’s history & flavors. A communal feast for the senses.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This exclusive tasting highlights four distinctive varietals: Langhe Arneis, a crisp indigenous white; Barbera Ca di Pian vibrant and food-friendly; and Nebbiolo in two expressions—an elegant Rosato di Nebbiolo from Aurelio Settimo and the majestic Barolo Tresuri from Mauro Sebaste , known as the King of Wines and the Wine of Kings. Each pour will be paired with signature regional dishes. Experience the harmony of Piemonte’s flavours in a convivial setting, where tradition and taste meet for one extraordinary night.
