Join us for Whitby Lights the Night Festival, a magical evening of live entertainment, Christmas Farmers’ Market, and a dazzling lighting ceremony. Celebrate the spirit of the season with family-friendly activities, festive treats, and a joyful community atmosphere!
The Lights will continue throughout the season with over 200,000 magical lights and ground displays in Civic Park, Celebration Square and Grass Park. Snowflakes also line Downtown Whitby and seasonal décor in Downtown Brooklin welcomes both residents and visitors throughout the community.
On Friday, November 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., join us as we kick off the festive season and light up Whitby Civic Park with over 200,000 magical lights. Enjoy live music, cookie decorating, maple taffy, photo ops, entertainment, a visit from Santa, and more. The Whitby Farmers’ Market will also be on-site. The event is co-sponsored by Tim Hortons and powered by Elexicon Energy.
