This Valentine’s menu presents a refined multi-course dining experience designed for indulgence and balance. Guests begin with a choice of smoked salmon bisque, beetroot and burrata salad, or ahi tuna crudo, followed by a passionfruit sorbetto and a glass of sparkling wine. Entrée selections include filet mignon with truffled risotto, miso maple black cod, or herb-crusted rack of lamb, with an optional lobster tail upgrade. Dessert options feature chocolate raspberry cheesecake or honey orange lavender crème brûlée to finish on a sweet, elegant note.
