NANAIMO ARTWALK 2025
Nanaimo Artwalk is a unique opportunity for art creatives to showcase their work in the heart of the city. Geographically located in the downtown area, primarily along Chapel and Commercial Street to Victoria Crescent and the Old City Quarter, bordered by Fitzwilliam Street to the north, Wesley Street to the west, and Albert Street to the south, this event offers a prestigious platform for your art.
As in the past, each artist must arrange their venue, except for St. Andrews United Church and the Music Conservatory, where the Arts Council assigns space. Artists who exhibited in these locations last year have priority this year. As of July 1, NAC will allocate any additional space on a first-come, first-served basis.
Nanaimo is home to an astounding number of incredibly talented and accomplished artists. A good portion of this community comes together once a year to share their creations with you. Each year, 25–50 artists who work in a variety of mediums open their studios or set up displays in businesses in downtown Nanaimo to offer work for view and sale.
