Light-Up & Shopping Night | Saturday, November 15 | 4pm to Close
Kick off the holidays with Merridale’s annual Christmas Light-Up, marking the official start of the festive season at the farm! Stroll through the orchard under the glow of thousands of lights, then head inside the Farmhouse for a cozy evening of local shopping and tastings.
Sample your way through Merridale Makes favourites — jams, chutneys, butters, and wellness goodies — and find the perfect locally made gifts and stocking stuffers. Be the first to shop our InCider Christmas Deals, launching that night.
Warm up with a hot apple cider, available for purchase in the Farmhouse. Enjoy it classic or spiked with Apple Jack Brandy or Spiced Rhumb, or sip one of your favourite Merridale ciders and mocktails as you shop and explore.
The Christmas lights will continue to shine nightly through January 5, so you can visit all season long to take in the glow. Our holiday hours also begin November 15 — open 11am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday, with reservations available from 4–8pm and the last seating for the eatery at 8pm.

Santa’s back at Merridale for another season of festive family photos! Bring your loved ones, your wish lists, and your holiday spirit for a magical photo experience in our beautifully decorated orchard gazebo.
This year, proceeds will be donated to the Raincoast Conservation Foundation. Go to their site to read about the wolf project and other supporting efforts to protect the land waters, and wildlife along our coast.
Make it an outing to remember — add a Farmhouse reservation and start your visit with our famous charcuterie board and fresh-pressed apple juice after meeting Santa.

Christmas Turkey Dinner Feature
For smaller parties or casual visits, our daily Christmas special brings all the flavours of the holidays to your table — roast turkey with all the fixings, served Merridale-style.
When booking, be sure to select the Turkey Dinner option to guarantee availability of this feature during your visit. “during your visit.
