Available at two-pack of adult full-day direct-to-lift tickets for Sunshine Meadows is available at 20 Costco stores in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba until September 21, 2025, for $109.99 plus GST, $30 less than the standard $140 ticket window price.
The tickets grant gondola and chairlift access from June 27 through September 21, with no blackout dates. Perched at 2,200 metres on the Continental Divide, Sunshine Meadows straddles the Alberta–British Columbia border. The gondola carries visitors to the village, where the Standish Chairlift rises to 2,400 metres—the highest sightseeing elevation in the Banff–Lake Louise region. From its viewing deck, hikers take in expansive views of Rock Isle, Grizzly and Laryx Lakes.

The area is popular for its wildflower-filled meadows and alpine hiking trails. Choices range from short routes like the 3.2-kilometre Rock Isle Lake loop, to the 8-kilometre Grizzly–Larix circuit, or full-day treks such as the 18-kilometre Citadel Pass and the 22-kilometre Healy Pass. Wildlife sightings, including elk and grizzlies in the distance, add to the draw.
For those not using the Costco promotion, regular 2025 gondola and chairlift rates are $70 for adults, $65 for seniors, $36 for youth, $20 for children, and $180 for families, with free access for toddlers. Alberta residents can enjoy reduced rates until September 21 with valid ID. Adults pay $59, seniors $49, youth $29, and children $15, while kids under six enter free. Pricing includes sightseeing gondola access to the village, offering affordable entry for families and individuals to explore the alpine area.
