Darius Rucker will embark on an eight-city Canadian tour in 2025, with performances beginning on October 15 at Abbotsford Centre in British Columbia and concluding on October 26 at Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa.
The tour, titled ‘Darius Rucker Live,’ is produced by Live Nation and includes stops in Edmonton, Toronto, and other major cities with support from special guests Tyler Braden & Kashus Culpepper!
Rucker, a three-time GRAMMY Award winner, is touring in support of his latest album, Carolyn’s Boy, which includes the chart-topping single “Beers and Sunshine” and “Ol’ Church Hymn,” featuring Chapel Hart. His setlist is expected to include both new material and established hits from his country music career.
Before transitioning to country music, Rucker gained widespread recognition as the lead singer of Hootie & the Blowfish, a band that has sold over 25 million albums worldwide. Their debut album, Cracked Rear View, achieved Double Diamond certification with 22x Platinum sales, ranking among the top 10 best-selling studio albums in history. Since launching his country career in 2008, Rucker has secured four No. 1 albums on the Billboard Country chart, 10 No. 1 country radio singles, and multiple Gold and Platinum-certified tracks. His 11x Platinum-certified rendition of “Wagon Wheel” won a GRAMMY in 2014 and remains one of the best-selling country songs ever.
