Toronto’s summer kickoff street festival, Do West Fest, is back this week, going all the way from Ossington Ave to Lansdowne Ave., along Dundas St. W.

Presented by Little Portugal Toronto BIA and produced by Uma Nota Culture, Do West Fest, formerly known as Dundas West Fest, is kicking off Toronto’s busy summer festival season this weekend.
What to Expect:
Prepare to be enchanted by live music performances, indulge in delicious eats from local food trucks and vendors, and discover unique crafts and artisanal products. The festival has something for everyone, including children’s activities, interactive projects, BIA member programming, and volunteer opportunities.
- For a day filled with excitement for the little ones, head to the Kids Zone, where they can enjoy a range of activities and entertainment.

- The Lulaworld Stage showcases a vibrant fusion of global sounds rooted in African traditions. From salsa and samba to hip hop and flamenco, the weekend features electrifying collaborations by local and international artists. Don’t miss this explosive mix of culture and rhythm at 1630 Dundas St W, three days of nonstop music and movement.
- For a diverse range of musical talent, head to the Transmit Stage located across from The Garrison at 1200 Dundas Street West. Showcasing everything from indie rock and electronic to alt-pop and experimental sounds, it’s a three-day lineup of fresh energy and genre-bending acts.
- From Friday through Sunday, enjoy a dynamic mix of music, dance, spoken word, and youth performances at The LiUNA Community Stage (1117 Dundas St W). Highlights include acts like Marito Marques, Blackout Paradise, and Samantha Mora, among others.
