Greendale Acres, a cherished family-run farm located in Chilliwack, has announced a vibrant new season of farm fun festivities.

This year, beginning March 29, the home of the Chilliwack Corn Maze, opens its gates to an array of activities that promise to delight visitors of all ages, reinforcing its reputation as a hub of family fun and agricultural appreciation:
- Easter Egg Hunt Extravaganza: From March 29 through March 31, the farm will host an Easter Egg Hunt amidst its apple orchards. The event, running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., will offer families a chance to embark on an egg scavenger hunt, meet the Easter Bunny, and engage with baby animal displays. Children will delight in egg chutes, fire pit stories, food specials, and more, each participant leaving with a goodie bag as a memento of their adventure.
- Chilliwack Plowing Match: On April 6, Greendale Acres brings back the cherished tradition of the Chilliwack Plowing Match. This day-long celebration, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., not only showcases the farm’s deep roots in the community’s agricultural heritage but also offers a suite of attractions including animal displays, tractor wagon rides, and a pancake breakfast in support of the Chilliwack Bowls of Hope Society.
- Sweet Spring Flower and Animal Festival: Beginning April 7 and running through May 6, the farm will transform into a floral wonderland. Inspired by Dutch flower festivals, this event will feature 50,000 hand-planted flower bulbs, creating a vibrant display of tulips and picturesque gardens. The festival also introduces Lily’s Barnyard, a new addition where visitors can meet Lily the lamb and other farm animals up close.
