Alberta’s award-winning distillery has launched a limited-edition whisky just in time for the holiday season.

Winner of two golds at the 2021 SIP Awards and gold at 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, the new collector’s edition Rupert’s Whisky that pays homage to the Alberta terroir is made in collaboration with Calgary Flames.
The bottle depicts the team logo in red foil with the Calgary skyline featuring Saddledome.
According to Eau Claire Distillery, “Rupert’s Whisky starts with a sweetness and a hint of red fruits, chocolate and nutmeg, this whisky then continues to dried fruit and slightly nutty finish. This exceptional Canadian whisky uses some of Eau Claire Distillery’s best whisky barrels.”
If you want to buy one for yourselves or gift it to a Flames Fan, the whisky costs $35.99 for 750mL bottle.
It is available online, and at Eau Claire Distillery locations in Calgary Farmers’ Market and Turner Valley.
