This season’s design is a fun-filled tribute to the local success story, The Little Potato Company.

The maze celebrates that journey in a fun, family-friendly way—inviting everyone to explore, enjoy, and honour a local story of passion and perseverance. Cut into a sprawling 15-acre cornfield, the maze features over 5 kilometres of winding paths that form a striking aerial image of the company’s brand.

Founded in 1996 by Angela Santiago and her father, Jacob van der Schaaf, The Little Potato Company began with just one acre and a shared dream in Edmonton. From humble beginnings to nationwide success, the company is now a leader in Creamer potatoes, known for its innovation. With milestones such as new product launches, national shipping, and expansion into the U.S., the company continues to thrive.

In addition to enjoying getting lost in the “ear-resistible” maze while celebrating homegrown goodness, you can also enjoy the bright and cheery field of sunflowers for two to three weeks in August. When you’re done, there’s more to do. Check out the Garden Valley Farm Market, pumpkin patch in the fall, spud guns (air-powered potato launchers), and more.
