The Great Outdoors Comedy Festival offers a unique opportunity to enjoy live comedy performances in beautiful outdoor settings.
On Friday, July 14th, Theo Von will perform, followed by Bill Burr on Sunday, July 16th. Von is a comedian from southern Louisiana who is famous for his podcasts that get millions of views/listens every month. He recently filmed his comedy special, REGULAR PEOPLE, at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. Von is currently on his RETURN OF THE RAT TOUR. He will be joined by Sam Morril and Laura Peek, two talented comedians.
Bill Burr is an Emmy and Grammy nominated comedian and one of the top comedic voices of his generation. His Monday Morning Podcast is one of the most downloaded comedy podcasts, and his arena and amphitheater tour, Bill Burr (Slight Return), toured across North America throughout 2022. On August 21, he made history by becoming the first comedian to perform at Fenway Park. Burr’s performance at the festival will be a phone-free experience, and guests will be required to secure their phones in Yondr pouches provided by the event.
The event is strictly for adults aged 18 and above and will take place rain or shine.
Presale begins on May 3 and general on-sale on May 5 at 10 a.m. MST.
VIP reserved seats starting at $99 plus applicable fee are available at tables of your choice and come with early access to the venue, table-side service of drinks and snacks, and the best views of the stage.
General admission tickets start at $69 plus applicable fees and are available with first-come, first-served grass seating in the designated area and a walk-up bar.
The festival aims to create an inclusive and safe experience that celebrates and features all forms of performance comedy while supporting the communities and beautiful parks they visit. A portion of the festival proceeds will support Boyle Street.
Nick Offerman, Sam Morril, and Dan Sode will perform at the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival in Calgary on August 25, 2023, followed by Jonathan Van Ness and Andrew Schulz headlining on August 26 and 27, respectively, with the former featuring Monét X Change and Priyanka.
The event promises to be a memorable experience for all comedy fans who want to spend a fun and entertaining evening with family and friends.
