1. Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival | GTA
Come out and tap into spring! Enjoy demonstrations, wagon rides, activities…. and of course pancakes and real maple syrup! Special family-fun activities on weekends and March Break! Details

2. Jon Batiste and Stay Human
Family Concerts – grown-up concerts for 6-13 year-olds – New Orleans’ own jazz piano prodigy takes us on an interactive trip to the Big Easy with his band of master musicians. They have played in concert halls, clubs, and Bonnaroo … now hear them live in Koerner Hall! For this special Family Concert, Batiste and his quartet (piano, sax, tuba, and tambourine) break down the roots of jazz and serve up a jambalaya of funk, rhythm, the blues, and spirituals. Details
3. The Gruffalo’s Child
No Gruffalo should ever set foot in the deep dark wood but one wild and windy night the Gruffalo’s child ignores her father’s warning and tiptoes out into the snow. After all, the Big Bad Mouse doesn’t really exist… does he? Children are in for songs, laughs and scary fun. Details
4. Solar Observing
Safely observe the Sun* with specially filtered telescopes. Learn about our nearest star and try your eye at spotting exotic surface features, including sunspots, spicules, and prominences
5. Mississauga Symphony Youth Orchestra
The MSYO brings us closer to spring with a concert inspired by music of the Romantic era, featuring the second or third place winner of the Second Annual MSO Youth Concerto Competition. Details
