Firehouse Subs has partnered with the popular celebrity interview series Hot Ones to introduce two new limited-time sandwiches: the Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder and the Zesty Garlic Hook & Ladder.

The collaboration brings a fiery twist to the chain’s well-known Hook & Ladder sub.
For those who enjoy extreme heat, the Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder features Canadian smoked turkey, honey ham, jalapeño jack cheese, and Firehouse Hero Sauce. It is topped with the Last Dab Dill Pickle, a pickle marinated in Hot Ones’ Last Dab Reaper Edition hot sauce, making it Firehouse Subs’ spiciest menu item to date.
For a milder option, the Zesty Garlic Hook & Ladder includes the same smoked turkey and honey ham, along with garlic chips and Hot Ones’ Classic™ Garlic Fresno Hot Sauce for a garlicky kick.
Founded in 1994 by two firefighter brothers, Firehouse Subs opened its first franchise in Oshawa in 2015. It is a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands International, which also owns Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes.
Hot Ones, created by Chris Schonberger and hosted by Sean Evans, is known for its celebrity interviews featuring progressively spicier hot wings. The show has gained widespread recognition, hosting stars from Hollywood and sports and earning multiple award nominations.
