Foothills Creamery is launching a new single-serve ice cream multi-pack, designed to resemble a miniature ice cream truck, with six individual 237 mL containers.
The product will be available starting in early June at Calgary Co-op, Freson Bros., and select Sobeys and Safeway stores in Alberta, with wider distribution across Western Canada expected to follow.
The multi-pack includes six flavours: Vanilla, Strawberry (lactose-free), Cookies & Cream, Cotton Candy, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Grape Float. Cotton Candy and Grape Float are exclusive to this package, while the remaining four are also sold in 1.4 L containers.
This release marks Foothills Creamery’s expansion into convenient, single-serve formats aimed at replicating the scoop shop experience at home. Each serving is equivalent to a large scoop typically offered at retail ice cream counters.
Founded over 50 years ago, Foothills Creamery supplies ice cream to more than 500 independent scoop shops across Western Canada. The company currently offers 14 flavours in 1.4 L and 8 in 500 mL formats at grocery retailers.
