The Calgary Stampede has unveiled its 2025 Midway food lineup, featuring over 50 new dishes available from July 4–13 at Stampede Park.

This year’s menu highlights a mix of international flavours, experimental creations, and updated classics presented by more than 70 food exhibitors.
Among the latest menu items is Spam-pede Bao, a Hawaiian-inspired bao bun filled with spam, garlic shrimp, pineapple, cucumber, seaweed, and teriyaki sauce. The name was chosen from over 1,800 public submissions as part of a naming contest for The Dumpling Hero’s new offering.
The lineup includes items such as Mopane Worm Poutine, a ramen-burrito hybrid called the Ramenrito, and Fiery Dill Coke. Themed categories this year include “global bites” and “traditional twists.”
For those seeking refreshing options, drinks like Lava Flow Lemonade and Crocodile-Aid Buckets join the menu. Dessert options include Cowboy Candy Mango Soft Serve, which combines spicy and sweet flavours.
Returning favourites are also getting new takes, with additions such as Nashville Hot Chicken Mac, Lobster Tornado Roll, and Deep-Fried Cinnamon Buns.

- Wagyu Exquisite Poutine: Decadent poutine with Wagyu beef, peppercorn gravy, cheese curds, mushrooms, quail egg, gold flakes, and truffle, elevating a Canadian classic with gourmet ingredients.

- Ramenrito: A fusion burrito wrapped with grilled tortilla and filled with cheesy ramen noodles, chicken, and veggies for a rich, savory comfort food twist.
- Walking Tteokbokki Cup: Korean rice cakes in spicy-sweet sauce, topped with fish cakes, cabbage, and green onions, served as a convenient, flavorful street food cup.
- Sassy Puerquit: Arepa stuffed with pulled pork, mango coleslaw, crispy chicharrón, and spicy passion fruit sauce, delivering bold Latin flavours with refreshing and crunchy contrasts.
